人力资本价格通过劳动工资与资本利润两个渠道对我国劳资关系产生深远影响，实证研究结果也表明，人力资本价格对劳资关系具有显著影响。现阶段提高我国人力资本价格有助于劳资关系的改善，尤其是提高底层劳动者的人力资本价格，但在提高的过程中需注意，应按企业类型区别对待并设定提高标准，还要加强政府的宏观调控。

Through the analysis of the Marx doctrine of labor relations theory , it can be seen that the price of human capital affect the labor relations in China by means of labor wage and capital profit , and empirical test shows that improving the price of human capital is conducive to harmonious industrial relations , helpful to improve relations between labor and capital , especially to improve the human capital price of the workers at the bottom .However , in this process , it is necessary to raise the standard according to the business type, and strengthen the macro control of the government .
