目的：探讨不同血液透析年限患者自我管理行为与自我效能的现状及两者之间的相关性。方法2013年7－9月，采用一般资料问卷、血液透析自我管理量表及慢性疾病患者自我效能量表对在长沙市某三级甲等医院血液透析中心进行长期血液透析的207例患者进行调查。结果207例血液透析患者的自我管理与自我效能得分分别是（50．69±5．25）分、（33．00±4．42）分；不同血液透析年限患者自我管理行为与自我效能得分的差异有统计学意义（P ＜0．05或 P ＜0．01）；同时患者自我效能与自我管理行为及其各维度呈正相关（P ＜0．05或 P ＜0．01）。结论护理人员应对不同血液透析年限的患者开展个性化护理，以提高患者自我效能及自我管理行为目标，改善患者的生活质量。

Objective To study the correlationship between self-management behaviors and self-efficacy current status for patients with hemodialysis in different time.Methods Totally 207 patients were selected and investigated by using general questionnaire,hemodialysis self-management scale and chronic disease self-efficacy scale.Results The score for self-management and self-efficacy were(50.69±5.25)and (33.00± 4.42)respectively among 207 patients with hemodialysis.There were significant differences in the scores of self-management and self-efficacy during the course of treatment(P <0.05 or P <0.01).The relationship between self-management and self-efficacy was a positive correlation among patients with hemodialysis (P <0.05 or P < 0.01).Conclusion The nurse should provide individualized nursing for patients with different hemodialysis time to improve patient’s self-efficacy and self-management target and improve the patients quality of life.
