对电网的风电接纳能力进行评估不仅有利于风电的规划发展,还有利于系统的调度运行。根据风电建设的不同阶段及风电接纳能力评估的不同效用,将风电接纳能力研究分为2个阶段:第一阶段是指在风电发展的初期,评估主要效用是服务于风电的规划发展,为确定电网的最大风电装机容量提供数据支撑;第二阶段是指在风电大规模并网以后,评估主要效用是服务电力系统调度运行,提高电网的风电消纳能力。分析了2个阶段的风电接纳能力评估方法,指出了目前风电接纳能力评估所存在的一些不足及相应的改进措施,并对风电接纳能力后续研究所需注意的问题提出了建议。

A better evaluation of the wind power accom-modation capacity (WPAC) of a power grid is beneficial not only to the development planning of the wind power but also to the operation and scheduling of the power system. According to the different period of the wind power development and different evaluation purposes,evaluation of the WPAC can be classified into two stages. The first stage occurs mainly in the early development of wind power,and the evaluation purpose is to determine the maximum wind power installed capacity for the wind farm planning. The second stage occurs after large-scale wind power is integrated into the grid,and the purpose of the evaluation is to deal with the uncertainty of wind power and improve the grid’s accommodation of wind power mainly for the system operation and scheduling. In this paper,the evaluation method of the WPAC of the power grid in the two stages is an-alyzed,and some problems existing in the current research are pointed out and the countermeasures proposed. In the end,the further work needed for the WPAC research is also discussed.
