受国家能源政策鼓励,新能源发展势头不减,占电网总装机的比例不断增加,但受网架结构薄弱、系统调峰、电压稳定等因素制约,新能源面临的输送能力、调频调峰、电力电量消纳和系统稳定等问题日益突出。针对储能电池的特性,研究提出了在输电网送端建设6 MW大容量储能电站的总体技术方案,对工程应用的投资收益进行了分析评估,对运营经济性进行了测算,为新能源基地电力消纳提供了新的技术实现途径。

Encouraged by the state policy, new energy development is developing rapidly,and its proportion of the total grid generating capacity is growing. However,subjected to limits in the grid structure,load regulation,voltage stability and other factors,new energy is still facing a lot of problems in terms of transmission capacity, frequency and peak load regulation,power consumption and system stability. In view of the characteristics of energy storage batteries, this paper proposes a general technical scheme for constructing an energy storage power station of 6 MW in the sending end of a power transmission grid. It analyzes and evaluates the investment return of the project,and provides a new technical implemen-tation approach for the power consumption problem in the new energy base.
