为了提高机床的加工精度和生产效率,介绍一种ORAC数控车床进给单元插补控制方法。根据进给单元的机械结构及插补功能要求,以工控机为硬件平台,以Windows为软件平台,硬件电路采用“NC嵌入PC式”结构,把机床进给单元插补控制系统开发成基于Windows环境的数控系统,从而实现对此车床的插补控制。并编写圆弧插补和直线插补软件程序,实现对ORAC车床插补控制的模拟仿真。

In order to improve the machining accuracy and production efficiency, a method of interpolation control for ORAC NC lathe feed unit was described. According to the mechanical structure and the requirements of interpolation function of feed unit, with in?dustrial PC as hardware platform and with Windows as software platform,“NC embedded PC” structure was used in hardware circuit, the interpolation control system of feed unit of machine tools was developed into a CNC system based on Windows environment, so as to realize the interpolation control to the lathe. The software program for circular interpolation and linear interpolation was written, and the interpolation control simulation of the ORAC lathe was realized.
