研制了一种基于A3200软内核控制器的组合电加工数控系统，支持EDM与ECM加工，采用全闭环速度模式的控制体系，具备接触感知、进给路径回退、多轴联动及支持双通道等功能，能实现电火花成形加工控制。针对该数控系统进行了工艺实验和典型样件加工，验证了它良好的控制与加工性能。

A combination electro?discharge machining CNC system based on A3200 was introduced. A full?closed loop motion control architecture was adopted in the proposed CNC system. EDM and ECM were all supported and the system had several critical functions, such as the contact apperceiving, servo control for path retrace, multi?axis linkage and multi?channel control, etc. The sys?tem performance was validated by a series experiments and representative sample machining.
