为了提高系列化搅拌摩擦点焊设备的开发效率、降低硬件开发成本,对搅拌摩擦点焊设备单MCU便携控制终端的开发与集成进行了研究。阐述了搅拌摩擦点焊便携控制终端与点焊控制系统集成的开发方法,并对便携控制终端网络通信的实时性、精确性,以及点焊控制系统中解析器的设计进行了详细分析。该便携终端与点焊设备控制系统之间的集成开发方法,已在可移动式搅拌摩擦点焊装备平台上进行了验证,有效提高了便携终端在系列化搅拌摩擦点焊设备中的开发与设计效率。
為瞭提高繫列化攪拌摩抆點銲設備的開髮效率、降低硬件開髮成本,對攪拌摩抆點銲設備單MCU便攜控製終耑的開髮與集成進行瞭研究。闡述瞭攪拌摩抆點銲便攜控製終耑與點銲控製繫統集成的開髮方法,併對便攜控製終耑網絡通信的實時性、精確性,以及點銲控製繫統中解析器的設計進行瞭詳細分析。該便攜終耑與點銲設備控製繫統之間的集成開髮方法,已在可移動式攪拌摩抆點銲裝備平檯上進行瞭驗證,有效提高瞭便攜終耑在繫列化攪拌摩抆點銲設備中的開髮與設計效率。

In order to expand the friction stir spot welding equipment application need, increase the design efficiency and reduce the hardware cost, the development and integration of the friction stir spot welding machine’ s single MCU portable control terminal were researched. The development method of the integration of single MCU portable control terminal and friction stir spot welding ma?chine’ s control system was introduced, and design of the analyzer in the control system was analyzed in detail, as well as of real?time performance and precision of the network communication of the terminal. The development method of integration of the terminal and the spot welding control system has been verified on the platform of portable welding equipment, and design and development efficiency is improved.
