针对EM5060雕铣机床的控制要求,提出基于华中数控系统的控制方案。硬件以HNC?210B华中数控装置为基础,软件以HNC?08M华中数控系统为基础,并利用脉冲串控制方式实现与SANYO交流伺服驱动的连接与匹配,完成了3个基本伺服轴的半闭环控制。利用10 V模拟接口控制VFD?M台达变频器,驱动电主轴。机床输入输出全部使用远程I/O。实际运行证明机床的数控改造成功。

In order to meet the requirements on EM5060 engraving and milling machine, the control scheme based on Huazhong NC system was put forward. Its hardware was based on HNC?210B numerical control unit, its software was based on HNC?08M numeri?cal control system. The pulse string control mode was applied for the feed servo drive. The incremental position encoders were equipped for semi close?loop control. Electric spindle was driven by VFD?M DELTA inverter which was controlled through 10V analog interface. The remote I/O was applied for the machine. The practical application shows that the CNC rebuilding is successful.
