以变速器换挡离合器油压控制系统为研究对象,提出基于高速开关阀的换挡离合器油压控制方法,分析高速开关阀的工作原理,建立以高速开关阀为液压控制主阀的换挡离合器油压控制系统,并且阐述了系统的工作过程。在此基础上,基于AMESim分别建立了包含电磁式高速开关二位三通阀和二位二通阀的换挡离合器油压控制系统模型,通过对两个系统的油压控制性能进行仿真对比,表明选用二位三通阀作为主阀的油压控制系统性能更为优越。
以變速器換擋離閤器油壓控製繫統為研究對象,提齣基于高速開關閥的換擋離閤器油壓控製方法,分析高速開關閥的工作原理,建立以高速開關閥為液壓控製主閥的換擋離閤器油壓控製繫統,併且闡述瞭繫統的工作過程。在此基礎上,基于AMESim分彆建立瞭包含電磁式高速開關二位三通閥和二位二通閥的換擋離閤器油壓控製繫統模型,通過對兩箇繫統的油壓控製性能進行倣真對比,錶明選用二位三通閥作為主閥的油壓控製繫統性能更為優越。

The oil pressure control system of shifting clutch was chosen as the study object and an oil pressure control method based on HSV was proposed. According to the working principle of HSV, the oil pressure control system of shifting clutch in which HSV was taken as the hydraulic control valve was established and the working process of the system was analyzed. On this basis, the oil pres?sure control system models in which electromagnetic two?status?three?way HSV and two?status?two?way HSV was contained respectively were built based on AMESim. It is shown from the performance contrast results of the two oil pressure control systems that the system in which the two?status?three?way HSV is taken as the hydraulic control valve has better performance.
