针对某举升机调平回路操作困难、费时费力等问题,对调平回路进行改进设计,利用一个三位四通换向阀代替原系统中的两个手动补油截止阀,并借助原系统中的限位开关,通过开关触发信号的有序传递,实现了调平一键式完成,减小了劳动强度和误操作,提高了设备的使用寿命。
針對某舉升機調平迴路操作睏難、費時費力等問題,對調平迴路進行改進設計,利用一箇三位四通換嚮閥代替原繫統中的兩箇手動補油截止閥,併藉助原繫統中的限位開關,通過開關觸髮信號的有序傳遞,實現瞭調平一鍵式完成,減小瞭勞動彊度和誤操作,提高瞭設備的使用壽命。

To improve the problems that the car lift leveling circuit operation is difficult, time?consuming and laborious, it was re?designed. A three?position four?way valve was used to replace two manual fill oil valve of the original system. the trigger signal orderly transfer was realized with the help of the limit switches of the original system, final operation with one key was achieved. The improved leveling circuit can reduce labor intensity and misoperation, improve the service life of equipment.
