针对某轮式车辆车姿调节系统油气弹簧充放油口处的截止阀是否有必要的问题,建立了油气弹簧-截止阀-液压管路-液压锁局部系统的数学模型,并借助Simulink建立了仿真模型,重点就活塞杆不同运动速度下、液压管路内压力脉动情况进行仿真分析。仿真结果表明:活塞杆瞬间运动速度提高将会产生瞬间液压冲击,导致液压管路内有剧烈的压力脉动且脉动峰值较大,该压力脉动峰值会影响油气弹簧的性能及造成软管的爆裂损坏。因此车姿调节系统有必要保留此截止阀。
針對某輪式車輛車姿調節繫統油氣彈簧充放油口處的截止閥是否有必要的問題,建立瞭油氣彈簧-截止閥-液壓管路-液壓鎖跼部繫統的數學模型,併藉助Simulink建立瞭倣真模型,重點就活塞桿不同運動速度下、液壓管路內壓力脈動情況進行倣真分析。倣真結果錶明:活塞桿瞬間運動速度提高將會產生瞬間液壓遲擊,導緻液壓管路內有劇烈的壓力脈動且脈動峰值較大,該壓力脈動峰值會影響油氣彈簧的性能及造成軟管的爆裂損壞。因此車姿調節繫統有必要保留此截止閥。

Aiming at the necessity of cut?off valve in vehicle altitude adjusting system of a wheel vehicle, the mathematical model of oil and gas spring?cutoff valve?hydraulic line?hydraulic lock and the simulation model were established, mainly analyzing the pressure pulsation in the pipeline under different velocity of the piston rod. The simulation results show that the instantaneous velocity of the pis?ton rod will produce instantaneous hydraulic impact and cause severe pressure pulsation in the hydraulic pipeline, the pressure fluctua?tion peak will affect the performance of the oil?gas spring and cause hose bursting damage. So it is necessary to keep the cut?off valve.
