针对居民区配电房噪声扰民问题,研制了一种新型复合微孔气液悬浮隔声材料,并对其声学性能及燃烧性能进行了测试,均能满足相关国家标准。利用该材料设计变压器专用隔声罩,并提出了配电房降噪改造方案,进行了现场试点试验。结果表明,本文设计的改造方案有效降低了变压器低频噪声,使配电房噪声由原来的56dB降至44dB,满足了《城市区域环境噪声标准》规定的标准限值。

This paperdeveloped a new composite microporous gas liquid suspension insulation material to solve residential power distribution room noise,and tested for its acoustic and burning properties,which both meet the relevant national standards.Designed transformer special acoustic enclosures with this material,and made a plan to reform distribution room, and conducted a field pilot test.The results show that the design of rehabilitation programs to reduce the transformer low-frequency noise is effective, distribution room noise from the original 56dB fell to 44dB, which meet the standard limits of ""Standard of Environmental Noise of Urban Area."".
