Zeste基因增强子人类同源物2(EZH2)基因作为多梳基因(PcG)家族中的核心成员,其在多种实体肿瘤中过度表达并与肿瘤的发生、发展、转移等生物学行为及预后有着密切的关系,但其具体机制仍知之甚少。笔者对EZH2作用机制的最新研究进展进行综述,其对揭示肿瘤发生发展过程,预测肿瘤的进展及预后,进而开发新的肿瘤靶向治疗药物具有较大的潜在临床价值。
Zeste基因增彊子人類同源物2(EZH2)基因作為多梳基因(PcG)傢族中的覈心成員,其在多種實體腫瘤中過度錶達併與腫瘤的髮生、髮展、轉移等生物學行為及預後有著密切的關繫,但其具體機製仍知之甚少。筆者對EZH2作用機製的最新研究進展進行綜述,其對揭示腫瘤髮生髮展過程,預測腫瘤的進展及預後,進而開髮新的腫瘤靶嚮治療藥物具有較大的潛在臨床價值。

As a core member of polycomb group genes family, Ebgabcer of zeste homolog 2 (EZH2) is over-expressed in many solid tumors and is closely related to carcinogenesis and deterioration, metastasis and prognosis of tumor. However, how EZH2 promotes tumor is still poorly understood. This review presents the concrete mechanisms and the correlation between EZH2 and tumor, which has great potential clinical value in predicting the development and the prognosis of tumor, and developing new molecular therapeutic target for cancer.
