利用射流补油的方法,不仅能解决液压泵吸油不足的问题,也能将系统中的溢流能量回收利用,在改善泵的性能同时,提高能源的利用率。利用FLUENT对射流补油装置进行仿真计算,研究各相关参数对射流补油装置的影响,得到射流装置的最佳结构参数,使其能够拥有较大的引射比。研究结果表明:使用渐缩孔、大压差和小孔边距有利于装置补油。

Using the method of jet oil supplement, not only the problem of insufficient hydraulic pump oil absorption can be solved, but also overflow energy can be recycled from system. So the performance of the pump is improved, and the utilization of energy is increased. FLUENT software was used to simulate and calculate, the influence of the related parameters to the jet oil compensating device was studied and the best structural parameters of the jet device were obtained. So the device could have a larger ejector ratio. The research results show that using gradual shrinkage cavity, large pressure difference and small hole margin are helpful for the device to absorb oil.
