The characteristics and machining difficulties of the thin wall shell part were analyzed. Turning fixture was designed to solve the problem of turning deformation. Drilling jig was designed to guarantee the part processing precision. Through designing jig and fixture, the deformation problem of the thin wall parts was solved.
