针对薄壁零件模具推管切削加工频发颤振的生产实际,借助振动频谱分析原理,采用单因素法研究各切削参数对振动的影响,绘制不同切削速度、背吃刀量及进给量对加工振动影响变化图。根据该变化图,确定有效避开自激颤振的振动稳定区,选定薄壁零件切削加工工艺参数优化值:切削速度300~350 m/min、背吃刀量约0.35 mm、进给量约0.25 mm/r,以指导生产加工。

Aiming at the mold pushing pipe of thin?wall parts frequently occured cutting chatter in actual production, assisted by the principle of vibration spectrum analysis, the effects of cutting parameters on vibration were studied by single factor method. The in?fluencing patterns of different cutting speed, cutting depth and feed rate on cutting vibration were drawn. According to the changed pat?terns, the stable vibration area was determined in which self?excitation chatter was effectively avoided. The optimal cutting processing parameters of thin?wall parts were selected, such as cutting speed 300~350 m/min, cutting depth 0. 35 mm and feed speed 0. 25 mm/r, which were used to guide the actual production.
