This paper attempts to explore and research the prac-tice teaching model of comprehensive English for English under-graduate students of higher grades from the input and output the-ory. The model is centered by teaching through lively activities, focusing on establishing a "Comprehensive English" practice teaching system, and increasing students' chances of language input and output through various in-class and after-class activi-ties. The model has improved students' comprehensive English application ability.
