航天器微振动六自由度隔振平台能够有效隔离控制力矩陀螺群输出的多维微振动，是高分辨率卫星的重要部件。对六自由度隔振平台的关键部件进行了虚拟疲劳分析，估算出关键部件的疲劳寿命，确保其工作寿命达到设计要求。基于模态综合法将隔振平台的关键部件进行柔性化处理，利用ADAMS和MSC．FATIGUE等软件对隔振平台模型进行刚柔耦合分析，得到各关键部件的载荷历程，进而估算出疲劳寿命。

The vibration-isolation platform of spacecrafts with six degree of freedom, which is the key component of high-resolution satellites, can isolate multi-dimension vibration from the CMGS.In order to satisfy the de-sign requirement of its working life, This paper analyzes the virtual fatigue of the key components of the a six-free-degree vibration-isolation platform and estimates the fatigue life.Based on modal synthesis method and analyzing the rigid-flexible coupled model of the platform in ADAMS and MSC.FATIGUE platform, it gets the load history of the key components, realizes the flexible treatment to the key components and estimates the fatigue life.The results of the virtual fatigue analysis ensure the working reliability of the platform.
