为了对高频微射流控制的圆射流流场的特性进行研究,设计了一套高频脉冲微射流控制圆射流的试验台。包括气体处理系统设计和脉冲发生器系统设计,通过气体处理系统可以使气体的流动状态符合试验要求;脉冲发生器采用结构紧凑的电主轴转阀结构,通过转阀的高速旋转形成高频微射流。利用对伺服电机转速的控制来实现微射流不同的激励频率,微射流激励频率主射流大涡频率比FV/F0值在0~5范围内变化,利用该试验台可以精确的实现微射流在不同流量和激励频率条件下对圆形射流流场的控制。
為瞭對高頻微射流控製的圓射流流場的特性進行研究,設計瞭一套高頻脈遲微射流控製圓射流的試驗檯。包括氣體處理繫統設計和脈遲髮生器繫統設計,通過氣體處理繫統可以使氣體的流動狀態符閤試驗要求;脈遲髮生器採用結構緊湊的電主軸轉閥結構,通過轉閥的高速鏇轉形成高頻微射流。利用對伺服電機轉速的控製來實現微射流不同的激勵頻率,微射流激勵頻率主射流大渦頻率比FV/F0值在0~5範圍內變化,利用該試驗檯可以精確的實現微射流在不同流量和激勵頻率條件下對圓形射流流場的控製。

In order to research the characteristic of the round jet flow which controlled by micro-jets with high frequency , design a platform which use micro-jets control the main round jet . Including to design a gas processing system and a Pulse generator system , through the gas processing system can make the flow state to meet the requirements of the test ; Pulse generator uses a compact spindle rotary valve structure , high-frequency micro-jet formation by high-speed rotation of the rotary valve . Based on the control of the speed of the servo motor to achieve micro-jets with different excitation frequency , the ratio value of the mi-cro-jets excitation frequency and the main round jet large eddy frequency FV/F0 is from 0 to 5 , using this test bench can realize micro-jets under the different conditions of flow rate and excitation frequency to con-trol the round jet flow field accurately.
