针对斗轮堆取料机四轮平衡梁结构静力特性的复杂性和非线性,利用参数化有限元分析和BP神经网络,建立四轮平衡梁从设计变量到最大应力、最大变形、质量的映射关系。对建立的神经网络模型,运用改进的粒子群优化算法,在满足刚度、强度条件下,寻求支板、隔板的结构尺寸及布置最优,从而实现四轮平衡梁轻量化的目的。四轮平衡梁的结构优化仿真结果表明,四轮平衡梁自重减少25.36%,优化效果明显。
針對鬥輪堆取料機四輪平衡樑結構靜力特性的複雜性和非線性,利用參數化有限元分析和BP神經網絡,建立四輪平衡樑從設計變量到最大應力、最大變形、質量的映射關繫。對建立的神經網絡模型,運用改進的粒子群優化算法,在滿足剛度、彊度條件下,尋求支闆、隔闆的結構呎吋及佈置最優,從而實現四輪平衡樑輕量化的目的。四輪平衡樑的結構優化倣真結果錶明,四輪平衡樑自重減少25.36%,優化效果明顯。

Focused on the complexity and highly nonlinearity of the structural static characteristics in the four-wheel balance beam of bucket stacking-reclaiming machines, it uses the parametric finite element analysis and back propagation( BP) neural network to establish mapping relationship between the design variables of four-wheel balance beam and the maximum stress, the maximum displacement and the weight.Based on the estab-lished neural network model, it realizes the particle swarm optimization ( PSO) and finds the layout optimization of the clapboards, obtains the support plates and their size in four-wheel balance beam under the stiffness con-ditions and strength conditions.The result reduces the weight of four-wheel balance beam.The structure opti-mization of four-wheel balance beam show that the weight of four-wheel balance beam is reduced 25.36%, and the effect of optimization is obviously.
