深孔加工过程中断屑、排屑和散热问题,是深孔加工的关键技术问题。在分析采用SINUMIRIK 840D系统钻孔循环进行深孔加工存在的不足之处的基础上,提出递减式深孔加工的原理和设计思路,并结合R参数和CYCLE83深孔钻循环指令开发了递减式深孔加工的通用子程序,从工艺上弥补了CYCLE83循环的缺陷,解决了固定钻深的技术问题,有较高的生产实用价值。
深孔加工過程中斷屑、排屑和散熱問題,是深孔加工的關鍵技術問題。在分析採用SINUMIRIK 840D繫統鑽孔循環進行深孔加工存在的不足之處的基礎上,提齣遞減式深孔加工的原理和設計思路,併結閤R參數和CYCLE83深孔鑽循環指令開髮瞭遞減式深孔加工的通用子程序,從工藝上瀰補瞭CYCLE83循環的缺陷,解決瞭固定鑽深的技術問題,有較高的生產實用價值。

In deep?hole machining process, interrupting chip, chip removal and heat radiation, are key technology problems. The deficiencies of using drilling cycle SINUMIRIK of 840D system to process deep?hole were analyzed. The principle and design idea of re?gressive deep?hole processing were put forward. A general subroutine for regression deep?hole processing was developed combining R parameters and CYCLE83 deep hole drilling cycle instruction. The technology gap of the CYCLE83 cycle was made up. The technical problems of fixed drilling depth were solved, and it has high practical value.
