对负压装置在外排屑深孔加工系统中的应用进行了可行性与工作原理的研究,并针对该装置的参数选择进行了系统的论证。同时建立了排屑通道负压区的流体模型,对影响排屑效果的一个重要参数———射流喷射角进行了数值模拟。经研究证明,选取合适的参数可以有效地解决外排屑深孔加工过程中排屑困难等问题。
對負壓裝置在外排屑深孔加工繫統中的應用進行瞭可行性與工作原理的研究,併針對該裝置的參數選擇進行瞭繫統的論證。同時建立瞭排屑通道負壓區的流體模型,對影響排屑效果的一箇重要參數———射流噴射角進行瞭數值模擬。經研究證明,選取閤適的參數可以有效地解決外排屑深孔加工過程中排屑睏難等問題。

The feasibility and working principle of the negative pressure apparatus of external chip?removal deep?hole drilling were studied. The parameter selection of the apparatus was demonstrated. The fluid model of the negative pressure area was established. The jet angle was studied by numerical simulation. It is proved that the problem of chip?removal can be effectively solved by selecting appro?priate parameters.
