针对我国船用柴油机企业在生产制造过程中工艺参数选择过于保守的问题,在分析国内外工艺参数优化、工艺仿真的基础上,提出一种数控加工工艺参数优化及仿真验证的思路:建立工艺参数优化数学模型,通过求解计算获得优化后的工艺参数,并对优化的工艺参数进行仿真验证,直到获得最优的工艺参数。并以船用柴油机缸盖零件的数控加工工艺参数优化及仿真为例,验证了此思路的可行性。
針對我國船用柴油機企業在生產製造過程中工藝參數選擇過于保守的問題,在分析國內外工藝參數優化、工藝倣真的基礎上,提齣一種數控加工工藝參數優化及倣真驗證的思路:建立工藝參數優化數學模型,通過求解計算穫得優化後的工藝參數,併對優化的工藝參數進行倣真驗證,直到穫得最優的工藝參數。併以船用柴油機缸蓋零件的數控加工工藝參數優化及倣真為例,驗證瞭此思路的可行性。

Considering the deficiency in conservative process parameter selection in the manufacturing process of marine diesel engine enterprises, based on the research of process parameters optimization and process simulation, a kind of NC machining process parameters optimization and simulation thought was carried out. First, process parameter optimization mathematical model was set up, the optimized process parameters were obtained by solving calculation, and simulation was carried out until the optimal process parame?ters were obtained. Finally, the NC machining process parameters optimization and simulation of marine diesel engine cylinder head part was taken as an example to verify the feasibility of the approach.
