The construction cost plays an irreplaceable role in the construction engineering..As is well known,any construction projects have to consider the construction costs, capital investment and economic benefits obtained.To budget,that construction projects generally spend and within a reasonable period of time to ensure completion of engineering quality, finally gain the proceeds.This paper from the basic meaning of the project cost,from the understanding level to introduce the concept of project cost. And in view of the problems existed in project cost of in-depth analysis,to find the root of the problem, put forward reasonable suggestions and solutions.
