针对普通钻床夹具存在孔定位精度低,加工效率低的问题,设计了一种新型的双向移动可旋转钻床夹具,介绍了该夹具的结构、工作原理和操作方法。该夹具可快速进行直线和圆周两个方向的定位,省去了传统划线、找正等工序,提高了工作效率,降低了劳动强度,同时通过高精度的丝杠和刻度盘能有效地保证孔的位置精度,具有较高的实用性和通用性。
針對普通鑽床夾具存在孔定位精度低,加工效率低的問題,設計瞭一種新型的雙嚮移動可鏇轉鑽床夾具,介紹瞭該夾具的結構、工作原理和操作方法。該夾具可快速進行直線和圓週兩箇方嚮的定位,省去瞭傳統劃線、找正等工序,提高瞭工作效率,降低瞭勞動彊度,同時通過高精度的絲槓和刻度盤能有效地保證孔的位置精度,具有較高的實用性和通用性。

Aiming to resolve the problem, low efficiency, low positioning accuracy existing in drilling fix-tures, a new bidirectional and rotatable drilling fixture is proposed, and then its structure, principle and op-eration method is introduced. This fixture can rapidly fix positions in linear and circular directions, which improves the working efficiency and reduces the labor intensity by omitting tradition processes such as mark-ing and alignment, in addition, positioning accuracy can be obtained by accurate screws and dials. There-fore, the drilling fixture is practical and universal.
