目的:研究ADPN基因2个单核苷酸多态性位点T45G (rs2241766)、G276T (rs1501299)与新疆维吾尔族老年人低骨量的相关性,探讨该基因多态性维吾尔族的分布差异。方法收集2010年以来入住新疆医科大学第一附属医院干部病房的维吾尔族患者共490例,使用双能X线骨密度仪测量腰椎或髋关节骨密度(BMD)值,根据BMD值进行分组,其中低骨量病例组(骨量减低组+骨质疏松组)250例,对照组(骨量正常组)240例。采用多重SNaPshot SNP方法对ADPN基因T45G及G276T位点进行基因分型。结果(1) ADPN基因多态性在病例组与对照组间整体进行比较,基因型及等位基因分布差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);(2) ADPN基因T45G、G276T两位点按性别分组,该基因多态性在男性、女性之间的分布差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);(3) Logistic回归分析提示女性及高血压是影响骨质疏松的独立危险因素。结论 ADPN基因T45G、G276T多态性与新疆地区维吾尔族老年人群低骨量发生无明显相关性。

Objective To study the correlation of polymorphisms of ADPN gene T45G (rs2241766) and G276T (rs1501299) with low bone mineral density in elderly Uyghur people in Xinjiang province, and to explore the distribution differences of polymorphisms of the gene in ethnic people. Methods A total of 490 elderly Uyghur pa-tients were selected from cadre wards of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University since 2010. Dual energy X-ray absorptiometry was used to detect bone mineral density (BMD) of lumbar spine and hip. All the patients were divided into the low BMD case group (with osteopenia and osteoporosis, 250 cases) and control group (normal BMD, 240 cases) according to the value of BMD. Genotype of ADPN T45G and G276T polymorphisms were done by multiplex SNaPshot reaction. Results (1) ADPN gene polymorphisms were compared between the low BMD case group and control group, which showed that there was no significant difference in the distribution of genotypes and al-leles (P>0.05). (2) The polymorphism of ADPN gene (T45G, G276T) showed no statistically significant difference in the distribution between male and female (P>0.05);(3) Logistic regression analysis showed that women and hyperten-sion were the independent risk factors for low osteoporosis. Conclusion ADPN gene (T45G, G276T) polymorphism showes no significant correlation with low bone mineral density in elderly Uyghur people in Xinjiang province.
