骨髓脂肪组织(MAT)是骨髓腔内的重要组成部分,与骨髓外脂肪组织不完全相同.目前对MAT功能的认识,已不再局限于单纯的被动填充骨髓腔的作用.骨髓脂肪细胞(BMA)来源于骨髓间充质干细胞(MSC),可分泌瘦素、脂联素等多种脂肪因子,从而参与调节骨髓微环境,并对成骨细胞形成及骨髓造血等生理过程产生影响.BMA还与部分骨代谢性疾病、血液系统疾病及肿瘤等的多种病理过程相关.笔者拟就BMA的生物学特性及其与上述疾病的关系进行综述如下,旨在为临床更全面地认识BMA提供依据,并为上述疾病治疗寻找潜在的治疗靶点.

As an important tissue in bone marrow,marrow adipose tissue (MAT) is different from extramedullary adipose tissue.It's not just considered as a simple filling tissue,but also considered as an actor in bone microenvironment.Bone marrow adipocyte (BMA),which originates from mesenchymal stem cell,can secrete many adipokines,such as leptin,adiponectin and resistin.It can influence the processes of osteogenesis and hematopoiesis and relates with some bone metabolic diseases,hematological system diseases and tumors.In this article,we will review the biological characteristics of BMA and its impacts on these diseases,in order to find the potential therapeutic target.
