以三苯二硫醚二酐(PTPODA)为二酐单体,4,4'-二氨基二苯醚(ODA)为二胺单体,邻苯二甲酸酐(PA)为封端剂,采用不同二酐和二胺比例通过一步法聚合制备了不同分子量的热塑性聚酰亚胺,其比浓对数黏度分别为0.41 dL/g、0.45 dL/g、0.53 dL/g,并对其热性能、溶解性、熔体性能、力学性能进行了研究。结果表明:该聚酰亚胺的玻璃化转变温度(Tg)为205~207℃;空气中5%热分解温度为514~531℃,氮气中5%热分解温度在519~538℃之间;拉伸强度超过64 MPa,拉伸模量高于1.9 GPa,断裂伸长率高于4%;在常规有机溶剂NMP、DMAc等中有良好的溶解性;320℃时的熔融指数在6.21~9.74 g/10 min之间,熔体加工性较好。

Using 4,4'-[p-etherbis(phenylenesulfanyl)]diphthalic anhydride(PTPODA) as dianhydride mono-mer, 4,4'-diamino diphenyl ether(ODA) as bisamine monomer, phthalic anhydride(PA) as blocking agent, we synthesized thermoplastic polyimides with different molecular weight by one-step polymerization with different ratios between PTPODA and ODA, and their inherent viscosity was 0.41 dL/g, 0.45 dL/g, 0.53 dL/g respectively. Their thermal stability, solubility, melt flow performance, and mechanical properties were stud-ied. The results show that their glass transition temperature (Tg) is 205~207℃. The decomposition tem-perature at 5% weight loss in air and in nitrogen is 514~531℃ and 519~538℃ respectively. The ten-sile strength is more than 64 MPa, the tensile modulus is above 1.9 GPa, and the elongation at break is higher than 4%. The polyimides have good solubility in polar solvent such as NMP and DMAc. The polyimides have excellent melt processability with melt index of 6.21~9.74 g/10 min at 320℃.
