通过对同向非对称双螺杆挤出机和传统同向双螺杆挤出机的应用,研究了在无添加相容剂情况下热塑性聚氨酯/聚丙烯(TPU/PP)共混体系的力学性能和相形态。结果表明,和传统同向双螺杆挤出机相比,同向非对称双螺杆挤出机在长径比和捏合块均减少的情况下加工的共混物力学性能更好,分散相的平均粒径更小、更均匀,并且共混物的韧性和相容性更好。

Using co-rotating non-twin screw extruder and the traditional twin screw extruder, the mechanical properties and morphology of thermoplastic polyurethane/poly-propylene blends without adding any compatibilizers were investigated.The results indi-cate that compared to traditional twin screw extruder,in the case that the non-twin screw extruder has shorter L/D ratio and fewer kneading blocks,the mechanical properties of non-twin screw extruded blends are better,and the average particle size of dispersed phase is smaller and more uniform,moreover,the toughness and compatibility of the blends are better.
