胰腺癌是恶性程度极高、预后极差的消化系统肿瘤。由于发现时多为晚期，因此化疗、放疗、靶向等内科治疗是目前晚期胰腺癌的主要治疗手段。以吉西他滨、氟尿嘧啶、铂类为基础的传统化疗在晚期胰腺癌治疗中疗效有限，白蛋白结合型紫杉醇、厄洛替尼、尼妥珠单抗等药物尚处于临床试验阶段。因此，寻求新的靶标及治疗手段显得尤为重要。本文就晚期胰腺癌的内科治疗进展作一综述。

Pancreatic cancer is an aggressive disease and have a very worse prognosis in all gastrointestinal tumors. Chemotherapy radiotherapy and biological targeted therapy are main treatments for advanced pancreatic cancer. It has achieved limited efficacy of gemcitabine,fluorouracil,platinum chemotherapy in advanced pancreatic cancer,nab-pa-clitaxel,erlotinib and nimotuzumab are still in clinical trials. Therefore,it is necessary to seek new targets and treat-ments. In this review,we will discuss the medical treatment of advanced pancreatic cancer.
