研究了聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)瓶片在熔融挤出过程中取样时间、螺筒温度、螺杆转速、缩聚段真空度、扩链剂用量、瓶片含水量等对挤出产物特性黏度(η)的影响。结果表明:提高螺杆转速、降低螺筒温度、提高缩聚段真空度,都有利于提高挤出产物的η;填加少量的扩链剂均苯四甲酸二酐,可以使挤出产物的η达到0.83 dL/g;当瓶片含水量低于2.0%时,使用该试验型反应挤出机不影响挤出产物的η,瓶片含水量高时会略微降低产物的η。
研究瞭聚對苯二甲痠乙二醇酯(PET)瓶片在鎔融擠齣過程中取樣時間、螺筒溫度、螺桿轉速、縮聚段真空度、擴鏈劑用量、瓶片含水量等對擠齣產物特性黏度(η)的影響。結果錶明:提高螺桿轉速、降低螺筒溫度、提高縮聚段真空度,都有利于提高擠齣產物的η;填加少量的擴鏈劑均苯四甲痠二酐,可以使擠齣產物的η達到0.83 dL/g;噹瓶片含水量低于2.0%時,使用該試驗型反應擠齣機不影響擠齣產物的η,瓶片含水量高時會略微降低產物的η。
연구료취대분이갑산을이순지(PET)병편재용융제출과정중취양시간、라통온도、라간전속、축취단진공도、확련제용량、병편함수량등대제출산물특성점도(η)적영향。결과표명:제고라간전속、강저라통온도、제고축취단진공도,도유리우제고제출산물적η;전가소량적확련제균분사갑산이항,가이사제출산물적η체도0.83 dL/g;당병편함수량저우2.0%시,사용해시험형반응제출궤불영향제출산물적η,병편함수량고시회략미강저산물적η。
The effects of sampling time,extruding temperature,screw speed,vacuum degree,amount of chain extender,water content of polyethylene terephthalate(PET)bot-tle flakes on the intrinsic viscosity of extrudate were studied.The results show that in-trinsic viscosity of the extrudate increases when dry PET bottle flakes are extruded at high screw speed,low barrel temperature of extruder and high vacuum degree.The in-trinsic viscosity of product achieves 0.83 dL/g when a little chain extender of pyromellitic dianhydride (PMDA)is added into PET bottle flakes.Water content does not affect the intrinsic viscosity of product when it is less than 2.0% by this kind of reactive extruder. More water content can decrease the intrinsic viscosity of product slightly.
