针对新增硕士学位授予单位现状,以培养载体(培养方案)的系统优化设计为基础,以培养主体(导师)、培养客体(学生)的自身优化及其与培养载体、培养条件的相互作用监测、调整、激励机制设计为主线,构建出研究生教育的“1+3”型内部质量保障体系,即“面向能力培养有机结合课程学习与研究实践”的一套“双3+1”型培养方案与“目标生源吸引与选拔”、“导师队伍遴选与培训”、“资源配置与过程监控”三套管理运行机制,已部分实施并产生良好效果。

A “1+3” type postgraduate education internal quality assurance system is developed for new postgraduate training units after optimizing the training carrier, subject and object, and the monitoring , adjusting and motivating mechanism for their interactions. The quality assurance system includes a dual “3+1” training program integrating course learning and research and three operation mechanism composed by students draw and selection mechanism, supervisor selection and train mechanism, and resource configuration and process monitor mechanism. The proposed quality assurance system is partly carried out and has a good effect.
