针对引信中弹簧驱动直线发电机磁芯位置不能完全锁死,勤务处理中如果从高处跌落,磁芯小位移往复运动输出的电能可能起爆热电池火工品的问题,提出了直线发电机发射环境控制机械制动保护机构。该机构通过在磁芯上设置了一个弹簧接电销,使处于短路回路中的磁芯在小位移运动过程中可靠导通机构两极。运输振动和1.5 m 跌落试验表明,该机构有效地解决了弹簧驱动直线发电机在应用中的安全问题,对火工品起到了很好的保护作用,且对电机输出电性能影响很小。

Spring driven linear generator has the problem that the position of magnetic core can not be complete-ly locked,which may trigger the initiating explosive device when projectile fall down from height.Aiming at this issue,a linear generator environmental control mechanical braking protection agency was proposed.A spring pin was installed in the magnetic core.When the magnetic core had small reciprocating motion in the short circuit, the magnetic core could reliably conduct two ends of the mechanism.Transport vibration test and 1.5 m drop test results showed that,this mechanism could effectively solve security problem of the spring driven linear gen-erator.
