针对当前我国三网融合的现状，分析了前期广电三网融合推进不理想的主要原因，列举了互联网时代给广电网络所带来的现实挑战，并结合当前互联网快速发展所带来的技术创新和进步，阐述了广电要走好融合之路应做好的重点工作。
