目的:探讨PLK1在食管癌组织内的表达水平及其与临床病理转移、分期、类型间的关联性。方法:收集2010年2月-2014年2月在我院接受手术切除的食管癌患者的食管癌和正常食管组织(距离食管癌﹥5cm的癌旁组织)的切除标本(包埋于石蜡中)。比较两种组织的PLK1表达情况,并探讨PLK1表达与食管癌组织的组织分化程度、肿瘤分级、临床分期、T分期以及淋巴结转移情况之间的相关性。结果:本研究共纳入食管癌患者60例,包括食管癌及正常食管组织各60个。食管癌组织的PLK1阳性表达率显著高于正常食管组织( p﹤0.01);不同组织分化( p=0.045)、肿瘤分级( p﹤0.01)、淋巴结转移情况( p=0.024)所对应的肿瘤组织PLK1的阳性表达率差异具有统计学意义。结论:PLK1在食管癌组织的表达明显高于癌旁正常食管组织,且PLK1的表达与食管癌的分级、组织分化程度以及淋巴结转移情况有显著的相关性。

Objective:To study the relationship between the expression level of PLK1 in esophageal carcinoma tis-sues and clinical pathological features. Methods:To analyze the esophageal carcinoma tissues specimen and the nor-mal esophageal tissues specimen from the patients with esophageal carcinoma who received the operation treatment from 2010 to 2014 in our hospital. The expression of PLK1 was compared. The relationship between the expression lev-el of PLK1 and the tumor differentiation,grade,clinical staging,T staging and the metastasis of lymph node was dis-cussed. Results:A total of 60 patients with esophageal carcinoma were retrospective analyzed,including 60 esophageal carcinoma tissues group and 60 normal esophageal tissues group. The differences of the positive expression rate of PLK1 of the tumor tissues in different tissue differentiation,tumor grade and the metastasis of lymph node were signifi-cant. Conclusion:The expression of PLK1 in the esophageal carcinoma tissues was obviously higher than in adjacent normal esophageal tissues. There was remarkable relationship between the expression of PLK1 and the tumor grade,the extent of tissue differentiation,the metastasis of lymph node of esophageal carcinoma.
