目的:为准确检测介质升温性能,建立用于微米级磁感应热疗介质的检测模型。方法:选取浓度为0.5%、1%、2%、3%的琼脂凝胶及纯水,3种不同的微米级热疗介质分别分散于琼脂凝胶和纯水中。选取不同的测温点,观察磁场下介质的升温情况,比较各分散剂的性能;同时监测各浓度凝胶的凝固时间。选择1%的琼脂凝胶为分散剂,评价不同介质的升温性能和比吸收率( SAR)值。结果:3种浓度凝胶均可与介质形成均匀的混合物,但浓度1%和2%者更优;用浓度为1%琼脂模型,评价了3种微米级磁感应热疗介质的体外升温性能。结论:成功建立了微米级磁感应热疗介质的体外测温模型。

목적:위준학검측개질승온성능,건립용우미미급자감응열료개질적검측모형。방법:선취농도위0.5%、1%、2%、3%적경지응효급순수,3충불동적미미급열료개질분별분산우경지응효화순수중。선취불동적측온점,관찰자장하개질적승온정황,비교각분산제적성능;동시감측각농도응효적응고시간。선택1%적경지응효위분산제,평개불동개질적승온성능화비흡수솔( SAR)치。결과:3충농도응효균가여개질형성균균적혼합물,단농도1%화2%자경우;용농도위1%경지모형,평개료3충미미급자감응열료개질적체외승온성능。결론:성공건립료미미급자감응열료개질적체외측온모형。
Objective:To test the in vitro heating efficiency of magnetite microspheres. Methods:Agar gel with concentrations of 0%,0. 5%,1%,2%,and 3%were prepared. Three different kinds of microspheres were separately dispersed in these dispersant. Then,the samples were placed in an alternating magnetic field. The temperature increase was measured at three separate sites. The concentration of agar gel was chosen by comparing the setting time and the difference of temperature increase at each site. The heating efficiency of the microspheres in 1%agar gel was tested under the magnetic field at different magnetic field frequencies and intensities. The value of the specific absorption rate( SAR)was calculated. Results:All three kinds of agar gel could be mixed well with these microspheres. The con-centration of 1%and 2%agar gel were satisfied. Conclusion:The method to test the in vitro heating efficiency was successfully established.
