选择湿法消解一次性处理样品,分别利用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法(GFAAS)和原子荧光光谱法(AFS)连续测定了样品中 Pb,Cd,Cr,As,Hg 的含量。在优化的试验条件下,方法的回收率在90.5%~98.1%,相对标准偏差为1.6%~3.9%,检出限介于0.004~0.36 ng/mL。结果表明:该方法操作简单,快速准确,适用于酱腌菜中这5种金属元素含量的测定。

The samples of pickles are handled by wet digestion,and the content of Pb,Cd,Cr,As, Hg is continuously determined by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry and atomic fluorescence spectrometry. Under the optimized working conditions of instrument, the average recoveries range from 90.5% to 98.1%,the relative standard deviations range from 1.6% ~3.9%with the detection limits between 0.004 ng/mL and 0.36 ng/mL.The results show that this method is simple,fast,accurate and suitable for determination of these elements in Hunan-style pickles.
