介绍了北方玉米秸秆综合利用的现状，分析了玉米秸秆燃料、秸秆肥料、秸秆饲料、秸秆基料和秸秆原料等综合利用技术研究方向与存在的问题。综合北方地区气候、种植模式、资源利用情况等因素，建议政府在加大玉米秸秆综合利用宣传力度的基础上，在资金补贴、企业税收优惠等方面出台扶持政策，重视玉米秸秆收贮运服务体系建设。

The comprehensive utilization status of maize straws in northern China were revealed,and the research direction on comprehensive utilization technologies of maize straws and as well as existing challenges such as serving as fuel,fertilizer,feed,medium materials,and industrial raw materials were analyzed.Considering the climate,planting pattern,and resource utilization of northern China,based on strengthening propaganda the comprehensive utilization of maize straws,it’s recommended in this paper that the government shouldunveil the policy of subsides and preferential tax on maize straws utilization,and attach great importance to establishment of acquisition,storage and transportation service system for maize straws.
