用浸渍法制备了 MoP/Al2 O 3催化剂前体,通过该前体采用体外还原-钝化-还原的方法制备了 MoP/Al2 O 3。选用 C6、C7溶剂油作为模型化合物,以 Al2 O 3为载体,考察不同实验条件下磷化钼催化剂的活性。结果表明,MoO 3质量分数为22%的磷化钼催化剂的使用条件为反应温度210℃、空速1.5 h-1;当 MoO 3质量分数为14%时,其反应条件为反应温度230℃、空速1.5 h-1。
用浸漬法製備瞭 MoP/Al2 O 3催化劑前體,通過該前體採用體外還原-鈍化-還原的方法製備瞭 MoP/Al2 O 3。選用 C6、C7溶劑油作為模型化閤物,以 Al2 O 3為載體,攷察不同實驗條件下燐化鉬催化劑的活性。結果錶明,MoO 3質量分數為22%的燐化鉬催化劑的使用條件為反應溫度210℃、空速1.5 h-1;噹 MoO 3質量分數為14%時,其反應條件為反應溫度230℃、空速1.5 h-1。
용침지법제비료 MoP/Al2 O 3최화제전체,통과해전체채용체외환원-둔화-환원적방법제비료 MoP/Al2 O 3。선용 C6、C7용제유작위모형화합물,이 Al2 O 3위재체,고찰불동실험조건하린화목최화제적활성。결과표명,MoO 3질량분수위22%적린화목최화제적사용조건위반응온도210℃、공속1.5 h-1;당 MoO 3질량분수위14%시,기반응조건위반응온도230℃、공속1.5 h-1。
The MoP/Al2 O 3 catalyst precursor was prepared with impregnation method and a series of Al2 O 3-supported molybdenum phosphide catalysts were prepared by convention reduction-passivation-reduction method using the precursor.The catalytic activity of MoP/Al2 O 3 was investigated on different conditions in solvent oil C6 ,C7 as model compounds.The results showed that the application conditions of MoP/Al2 O 3 catalyst with 22% and 14% molybdenum trioxide content were reaction temperature 210 ℃,space velocity 1.5 h-1 and reaction temperature 230 ℃ and space velocity 1.5 h-1 respectively.
