研究了牛磺酸对高锰酸钾氧化酸性品红反应的抑制作用,建立了分光光度法测定牛磺酸的新方法。结果表明:最大褪色波长为590 nm,线性范围为0~125μg/L,表观摩尔吸光系数为4.51×105 L/mol·cm,检出限为4.2μg/L。方法用于测定蚝油中牛磺酸含量,结果与高效液相色谱法一致,标准偏差为1.85%~2.17%(n=6),回收率为99.2%~101.8%。

A new spectrophotometry for determination of taurine is developed after the inhibitory effect of taurine on the reaction of potassium hypermanganate oxidizing acid fuchsin is studied.The results show that the maximum fading wavelength is 590 nm,the linear range is 0~125 μg/L,the apparent molar absorption coefficient is 4.51 × 105 L/mol · cm,and the detection limit is 4.2 μg/L.This method is applied for the determination of taurine content in oyster sauce.The results agree well with those obtained by high performance liquid chromatography.The relative standard deviation is 1.85%~2.17% (n=6),and the recovery is 99.2%~101.8%.
