目的：观察生脉饮联合辅酶Q10片治疗心律失常的临床疗效。方法将120例心律失常患者随机分为观察组和对照组，各60例。对照组采用常规治疗加用生脉饮注射液20 mL﹢5%葡萄糖注射液200 mL，每日1次，静脉滴注；观察组在对照组基础上加用辅酶Q10片口服，每次20 mg，每日3次。两组均持续治疗60 d。观察两组患者的临床疗效、室性早搏及房性早搏次数、不良反应发生情况。结果观察组总有效率为93.33%，显著高于对照组的88.33%（ P﹤0.05）；室性早搏及房性早搏次数两组均有显著改善（ P﹤0.05），且治疗组改善效果更佳（ P﹤0.05）；两组不良反应发生率比较，差异无统计学意义( P﹥0.05)。结论生脉饮联合辅酶Q10片治疗心律失常疗效好，值得临床推广。
목적：관찰생맥음연합보매Q10편치료심률실상적림상료효。방법장120례심률실상환자수궤분위관찰조화대조조，각60례。대조조채용상규치료가용생맥음주사액20 mL﹢5%포도당주사액200 mL，매일1차，정맥적주；관찰조재대조조기출상가용보매Q10편구복，매차20 mg，매일3차。량조균지속치료60 d。관찰량조환자적림상료효、실성조박급방성조박차수、불량반응발생정황。결과관찰조총유효솔위93.33%，현저고우대조조적88.33%（ P﹤0.05）；실성조박급방성조박차수량조균유현저개선（ P﹤0.05），차치료조개선효과경가（ P﹤0.05）；량조불량반응발생솔비교，차이무통계학의의( P﹥0.05)。결론생맥음연합보매Q10편치료심률실상료효호，치득림상추엄。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Coenzyme Q10 Tablets combined with Shengmaiyin for treating arrhythmia. Methods Totally 120 patients with arrhythmia were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,60 cases in each group. The control group was given the conventional treatment combined with Shengmaiyin Injection 20 mL ﹢ 5 % glucose injec-tion 200 mL by intravenous drip,once per day,based on this the observation group was added with Coenzyme Q10 Tablets,20 mg each time,3 times daily. The two groups were continuously treated for 60 d. The clinical curative effect,ventricular premature beats and atrial premature beats,and adverse reactions occurrence were observed in the two grpups. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 93. 33%,which was significantly higher than 88. 33% in the control group( P ﹤ 0. 05);the frequency of ventricular prema-ture beats and atrial premature beats in the two groups were both improved,moreover the treatment group had much better effect than the control group( P ﹤ 0. 05);the occurrence rate of adverse reactions had no statitical difference between the two groups ( P ﹥ 0. 05 ) . Conclusion Coenzyme Q10 Tablets combined with Shengmaiyin in the treatment of arrhythmia has better effect,and is worthy of clini-cal promotion.
