目的：观察八正汤联合盐酸坦索罗辛缓释剂治疗慢性非细菌性前列腺炎的临床疗效。方法选择2012年8月至2013年8月医院收治的慢性非细菌性前列腺炎患者96例，随机分为对照组和治疗组，各48例。对照组患者给予盐酸坦索罗辛缓释胶囊；治疗组患者在对照组基础上加用八正汤。治疗2个疗程后，评估患者美国国立卫生院前列腺症状指数（NIH-CPSI），判断临床疗效，检测前列腺按摩液中白细胞介素-8（IL-8）、肿瘤坏死因子-α（TNF-α）水平。结果治疗后，治疗组的总有效率为91.67%，显著高于对照组的79.17%（ P﹤0.05）；两组患者NIH-CPSI评分均较治疗前显著降低，且治疗组下降幅度明显大于对照组（ P﹤0.05）；两组患者IL-8及TNF-α水平均显著低于治疗前，且治疗组下降幅度显著大于对照组（ P﹤0.05）。结论八正汤联合盐酸坦索罗辛缓释剂治疗慢性非细菌性前列腺炎临床疗效显著，能改善临床症状，降低炎症因子的水平，值得临床推广。
목적：관찰팔정탕연합염산탄색라신완석제치료만성비세균성전렬선염적림상료효。방법선택2012년8월지2013년8월의원수치적만성비세균성전렬선염환자96례，수궤분위대조조화치료조，각48례。대조조환자급여염산탄색라신완석효낭；치료조환자재대조조기출상가용팔정탕。치료2개료정후，평고환자미국국립위생원전렬선증상지수（NIH-CPSI），판단림상료효，검측전렬선안마액중백세포개소-8（IL-8）、종류배사인자-α（TNF-α）수평。결과치료후，치료조적총유효솔위91.67%，현저고우대조조적79.17%（ P﹤0.05）；량조환자NIH-CPSI평분균교치료전현저강저，차치료조하강폭도명현대우대조조（ P﹤0.05）；량조환자IL-8급TNF-α수평균현저저우치료전，차치료조하강폭도현저대우대조조（ P﹤0.05）。결론팔정탕연합염산탄색라신완석제치료만성비세균성전렬선염림상료효현저，능개선림상증상，강저염증인자적수평，치득림상추엄。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Bazheng Decoction combined with Tamsulosin Hydrochloride Sustained-Release Capsule in treating chronic non-bacterial prostatitis. Methods Totally 96 patients with chronic non-bacterial prostatitis in the hospital from August 2012 to August 2013 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,48 cases in each group. The control group was given Tamsulosin Hydrochloride Sustained-Release Capsule,while on this basis the treatment group was added with Bazheng Decoction. The scores of the US National Institutes of Health-Chronic Prostatitis Symptoms Index(NIH-CPSI)af-ter 2 courses of treatment were compared between the two groups. The curative effects were evaluated. The interleukin-8(IL-8) and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) levels in expressed prostatic secretion(EPS) were detected. Results The total effective rate after treatment in the treatment group was 91. 67%,which was significantly higher than 79. 17% in the control group,with the difference statistically significant( P ﹤ 0. 05);the NIH-CPSI scores after treatment in the two groups were significantly decreased compared with before treatment ,moreover ,the descend amplitude in the treatment group was significantly more than that in the control group ( P ﹤ 0. 05);the IL-8 and TNF-α levels after treatment in the two groups were significantly decreased compared with before treat-ment ,moreover ,the descend amplitude in the treatment group was significantly more than that in the control group( P ﹤ 0. 05 ). Conclusion Bazheng Decoction combined with Tamsulosin Hydrochloride Sustained-Release Capsule has obviously clinical effect in the treatment of chronic non-bacterial prostatitis,and can improve the clinical symptoms,decrease the inflammatory factors levels and de-serves to be promoted in clinic.
