目的：探讨真武汤联合TC化学治疗(简称化疗)方案治疗中晚期胃癌的临床疗效。方法将医院2010年6月至2013年6月收治的中晚期胃癌患者50例随机分为对照组与观察组，各25例。对照组患者给予常规TC化疗方案治疗，观察组患者在对照组基础上加用真武汤治疗，对比两组患者的临床疗效。结果大部分患者病情均有好转；观察组患者的总有效率为64.00%，明显高于对照组的36.00%（ P﹤0.05）；观察组患者在躯体功能、角色功能、认知功能、情感功能、社会功能、躯体症状、总体生活质量等方面得分明显高于对照组（ P﹤0.05）。结论真武汤联合TC化疗方案能显著提高中晚期胃癌的临床疗效，有助于改善患者生活质量。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Zhenwu Decoction combined with the TC chemotherapeutic regimen in treating moderate and advanced gastric cancer. Methods Totally 50 patients with moderate and advanced gastric cancer in the hospital from June 2010 to June 2013 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,25 cases in each group. The control group was given the routine TC chemotherapeutic regimen,while on this basis the observation group was combined with Zhenwu Decoc-tion. The therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups. Results The disease condition after treatment was improved in most of the patients. The total effective rate in the observation group was 64. 00%,which was significantly higher than 36. 00% in the con-trol group( P ﹤ 0. 05);the observation group was significantly higher than the control group in the aspects of the scores of physical function,role function,cognitive function,emotional function,social function,physical symptoms and overall living quality scores( P ﹤ 0. 05). Conclusion Zhenwu Decoction combined with the TC chemotherapeutic regimen can significantly increase the clinical effect in treating moderate and advanced gastric cancer and conduces to improving the patients living quality.
