目的 观察简易的双切口注吸法在手法小切口白内障手术中的实用性.方法 手法小切口白内障手术中娩出核后,以简单的注吸手术器械从两个侧切口操作吸出晶状体皮质.结果 与单切口组相比,双切口组皮质残留少、后囊破裂少、缩短了手术时间,术后视力恢复亦较好.结论 双切口皮质抽吸系统适宜于大部分的白内障,皮质抽吸干净、彻底,优于传统的双管针的单切口注吸的方法.
目的 觀察簡易的雙切口註吸法在手法小切口白內障手術中的實用性.方法 手法小切口白內障手術中娩齣覈後,以簡單的註吸手術器械從兩箇側切口操作吸齣晶狀體皮質.結果 與單切口組相比,雙切口組皮質殘留少、後囊破裂少、縮短瞭手術時間,術後視力恢複亦較好.結論 雙切口皮質抽吸繫統適宜于大部分的白內障,皮質抽吸榦淨、徹底,優于傳統的雙管針的單切口註吸的方法.
목적 관찰간역적쌍절구주흡법재수법소절구백내장수술중적실용성.방법 수법소절구백내장수술중면출핵후,이간단적주흡수술기계종량개측절구조작흡출정상체피질.결과 여단절구조상비,쌍절구조피질잔류소、후낭파렬소、축단료수술시간,술후시력회복역교호.결론 쌍절구피질추흡계통괄의우대부분적백내장,피질추흡간정、철저,우우전통적쌍관침적단절구주흡적방법.
Objective To observe the practicability of two-incision infusion and aspiration method in manual small incision cataract surgery.Methods After delivering the lens nucleus in manual small incision cataract surgery,the cortex was removed manually from the two incisions using simple improved surgical instruments.Results The two entrances cortex removal system has less remaining residual cortex,lower incidence of rupture of posterior capsule and more satisfying visual recovery after the operation compared with one incision cortex removing system.Conclusion The two-incision surgery can be used for the majority cases of cataract,and the cortex is removed more cleanly and thoroughly compared with traditional double-needle cannula method.
