目的 探讨双手联合摘出陈旧性前房角异物的方法.方法 回顾性分析5例双手联合摘出陈旧性前房角异物的临床资料.结果 所有患眼的前房角异物均一次手术摘出.术中未发生异物坠落后房或晶状体损害等并发症.术后结膜充血和角膜水肿消退,房水闪光消失,视力提高.随访1～3个月,无一例术后炎症复发.结论 双手联合前房角异物摘出方法具有组织损伤小、摘出成功率高等优点.
目的 探討雙手聯閤摘齣陳舊性前房角異物的方法.方法 迴顧性分析5例雙手聯閤摘齣陳舊性前房角異物的臨床資料.結果 所有患眼的前房角異物均一次手術摘齣.術中未髮生異物墜落後房或晶狀體損害等併髮癥.術後結膜充血和角膜水腫消退,房水閃光消失,視力提高.隨訪1～3箇月,無一例術後炎癥複髮.結論 雙手聯閤前房角異物摘齣方法具有組織損傷小、摘齣成功率高等優點.
목적 탐토쌍수연합적출진구성전방각이물적방법.방법 회고성분석5례쌍수연합적출진구성전방각이물적림상자료.결과 소유환안적전방각이물균일차수술적출.술중미발생이물추락후방혹정상체손해등병발증.술후결막충혈화각막수종소퇴,방수섬광소실,시력제고.수방1～3개월,무일례술후염증복발.결론 쌍수연합전방각이물적출방법구유조직손상소、적출성공솔고등우점.
Objective To study the method of bimanual operation in extration of old foreign body in anterior chamber angle.Methods The clinical data of 5 cases with the old foreign body in anterior chamber angle whose foreign bodies were extracted with bimanual operation were retrospectively analyzed.Results All foreign bodies were extracted successfully in once operation.There was no complication such as falling of foreign body into posterior chamber or lens damage.After operation,conjunctival congestion and corneal edema were resolved and anterior chamber reactive inflammation disappeared,therefore visual acuity were improved.At the end of 1 ～ 3 months of follow-up,anterior chamber inflammation never recurred.Conclusion Bimanual operation in extration of old foreign body in anterior chamber angle is recommended for minor tissue lesion,successfly extraction in once operation.
