目的 探讨外伤性泪小管断裂吻合的有效方法.方法 54例(54眼)外伤性泪小管断裂,根据具体受伤情况选择相应术式进行断端寻找和吻合.结果 54例经治疗后,48例下泪小管断裂者早期不通4例,半年后不通4例;3例上泪小管断裂者仅1例出现溢泪;3例上下泪小管均断裂者拔管后冲洗均畅通.结论 外伤性泪小管断裂患者根据受伤情况不同,合理选择术式进行手术均能取得较好的效果.
目的 探討外傷性淚小管斷裂吻閤的有效方法.方法 54例(54眼)外傷性淚小管斷裂,根據具體受傷情況選擇相應術式進行斷耑尋找和吻閤.結果 54例經治療後,48例下淚小管斷裂者早期不通4例,半年後不通4例;3例上淚小管斷裂者僅1例齣現溢淚;3例上下淚小管均斷裂者拔管後遲洗均暢通.結論 外傷性淚小管斷裂患者根據受傷情況不同,閤理選擇術式進行手術均能取得較好的效果.
목적 탐토외상성루소관단렬문합적유효방법.방법 54례(54안)외상성루소관단렬,근거구체수상정황선택상응술식진행단단심조화문합.결과 54례경치료후,48례하루소관단렬자조기불통4례,반년후불통4례;3례상루소관단렬자부1례출현일루;3례상하루소관균단렬자발관후충세균창통.결론 외상성루소관단렬환자근거수상정황불동,합리선택술식진행수술균능취득교호적효과.
Objective To investigate the effective methods of anastomosis for traumatic lacrimal canaliculus lacerations.Methods The appropriate surgical methods of broken ends finding and anastomosis were performed in 54 eyes of 54 cases with traumatic lacrimal canaliculus lacerations according to their specific injuries.Results Of 54 eyes after treatment 4 cases of 48 eyes with inferior lacrimal canaliculus laceration were obstructed in early time postoperatively,4 cases obstructed 6 months later.One case of 3 patients with superior lacrimal canaliculus laceration appeared epiphora.3 cases with both superior and inferior laceration of lacrimal canaliculus flushed smoothly when the pipes were put out.Conclusion Appropriate surgical method according to injury condition is effective for traumatic lacrimal canaliculus laceration.
