在满足双块式轨枕生产工艺要求的前提下，将有砟轨枕生产线改造为无砟双块式轨枕生产线，并对布料振动成型、脱模、成品堆码等工艺进行了论述，对既有轨枕生产线的改造有一定的借鉴作用。

Double-block sleeper with its comfort, strong integrity, good performance, the geometry of lasting long service life and so on, has been widely used in China, and its production becomes more and more concerned. In order to meet the requirements of double-block sleeper production process, the method for transform the ballasted sleeper production line into double-block sleeper production line is put forward. The vibration moulding, demoulding cloth, finished stacking process is discussed, which plays a positive role for the existing sleeper production line transformation.
