目的：观察CPN管理在临床T2DM护理实践中的应用与效果。方法随机选取2012年6月—2014年3月收治的86例T2DM患者分成甲乙两组，分别给予其常规护理与CPN护理干预，对比分析两组护理效果。结果护理后，两组患者FBG与PBG水平均有所降低，特别是乙组降低幅度更为显著，且乙组的住院时间、对护理满意度同甲组相比，有着明显优势，P均<0.05。结论针对T2DM病症特点，给予患者CPN护理干预，可明显提升临床护理效果，提高患者满意度，值得推广。
목적：관찰CPN관리재림상T2DM호리실천중적응용여효과。방법수궤선취2012년6월—2014년3월수치적86례T2DM환자분성갑을량조，분별급여기상규호리여CPN호리간예，대비분석량조호리효과。결과호리후，량조환자FBG여PBG수평균유소강저，특별시을조강저폭도경위현저，차을조적주원시간、대호리만의도동갑조상비，유착명현우세，P균<0.05。결론침대T2DM병증특점，급여환자CPN호리간예，가명현제승림상호리효과，제고환자만의도，치득추엄。
Objective To observe the application and effect of CPN management in clinical nursing practice in T2DM. Methods Randomly 86 cases of T2DM patients were split into two groups, given the routine nursing care and nursing intervention were CPN, compare and analyze the nursing effect of the two groups. Results Nursing care of patients in the two groups after, FBG and PBG levels were lower, especially in group B, the decreasing amplitude is more significant, and in group B of the hospitalization time, the nursing satisfaction compared with group A, has obvious advantages, P<0.05. Conclusions According to the characteristics of CPN in patients with T2DM disease, given nursing intervention, can significantly enhance the effect of clinical nursing care, im-prove patient satisfaction, worthy of promotion.
