目的探讨剖宫产瘢痕妊娠出血介入治疗的观察及护理措施。方法选取2012年1月~2014年1月在我院进行剖宫产瘢痕妊娠出血介入治疗的80例患者，对其护理情况进行回顾性分析。结果80例患者均插管灌注及栓塞成功，术后24~48h后均顺利清出妊娠组织，治疗及时，观察及护理得当，术后无严重并发症发生。结论对剖宫产瘢痕妊娠出血患者进行及时正确的诊断及有效的护理，能减少和预防并发症发生，提高临床效果，确保治疗成功。
목적탐토부궁산반흔임신출혈개입치료적관찰급호리조시。방법선취2012년1월~2014년1월재아원진행부궁산반흔임신출혈개입치료적80례환자，대기호리정황진행회고성분석。결과80례환자균삽관관주급전새성공，술후24~48h후균순리청출임신조직，치료급시，관찰급호리득당，술후무엄중병발증발생。결론대부궁산반흔임신출혈환자진행급시정학적진단급유효적호리，능감소화예방병발증발생，제고림상효과，학보치료성공。
Objective To investigate the observation and nursing care measures of Cesarean scar pregnancy hemor hage with interventional therapy. Methods Cesarean scar pregnancy hemor hage with interventional therapy of 80 patients in our hospital from January 2012 to January 2014 were retrospectively analyzed their care situation.Results The intubation perfusion and embolism was successful in 16 patients,and pregnancy tissue was cleared successful y after 24~48h in 80 patients,the treatment was in time,observation and care was proper,no serious postoperative complications occur ed. Conclusion Cesarean scar pregnancy hemorrhage patients for timely and cor ect diagnosis and ef ective nursing care, canreduce and prevent the complications, improve the clinical ef ect, to ensure the success of the treatment.
