目的：探讨应用游离股前外侧皮瓣桥接修复创面及血管的临床疗效。方法：10例四肢皮肤血管缺损患者进行游离股前外侧皮瓣桥接修复，观察患者的疗效和并发症。结果：10例皮瓣均成活，患肢血运良好，术后功能恢复满意。结论：游离股前外侧皮瓣具有诸多优点，值得临床推广。
목적：탐토응용유리고전외측피판교접수복창면급혈관적림상료효。방법：10례사지피부혈관결손환자진행유리고전외측피판교접수복，관찰환자적료효화병발증。결과：10례피판균성활，환지혈운량호，술후공능회복만의。결론：유리고전외측피판구유제다우점，치득림상추엄。
Objective:To analyze the effect of free anterolateral thigh flap bridge repair skin of the limbs vascular defect .Methods:10 cases of patients with skin of the limbs vascular defect were treated with free anterolateral thigh flap bridge , the effect and complication were compared.Re-sults:10 cases of flap were all survived, blood supply was good and postoperative function recovered satisfactorily.Conclusion:Free anterolateral thigh flap bridge had many advantages and was worth to popularize .
